Apple memperkenalkan iPhone 5

SAN FRANCISCO: Apple memperkenalkan iPhone 5 yang didatangkan dengan reka bentuk iPhone paling nipis tetapi menampilkan skrin lebih besar bersaiz empat inci.

Model terbaru dalam siri iPhone itu diperkenalkan kepada umum oleh Naib Presiden Kanan Apple, Phil Shiller.
Sekali imbas, iPhone 5 kelihatan sama seperti model sebelum ini, cuma lebih panjang dan nipis. Ia didatangkan dengan paparan 1,136 x 640 piksel, teknologi 4G LTE, chip A6 dan seberat 112 gram.

Antara ciri paling dipertingkatkan ialah kameranya yang kini didatangkan dengan pengimbas 8 megapiksel, resolusi 3,264 x 2,448 piksel dengan teknologi iluminasi di bahagian belakang, penapis IR hibris, lensa lima ciri, bukaan f2.4 selain boleh mengambil gambar panorama. Kamera video iPhone 5 didatangkan dengan kualiti HD 1080p.

Berbanding model terdahulu iaitu iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 lebih nipis sebanyak 18 peratus dan 20 peratus lebih ringan.
